Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders are generally shipped by FedEx. We may use another carrier when appropriate for the destination, package, or service required.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, or international destinations may require separate arrangements and additional charges. Please contact us before ordering for availability and pricing.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders ship within three business days after we receive the order and any required payment or purchase-order information.
If an order cannot ship within the expected timeframe, we will contact the customer with an updated estimate and available options.
Expedited and Special Shipping Requests
Please contact us before placing an order if you need:
- Expedited shipping
- Delivery by a particular date
- A specific carrier or service level
- Special handling or delivery instructions

Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or customer-requested redirection may be charged to the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if it arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or appears to be missing items.
Please keep the product, packaging, shipping carton, and shipping label until the issue has been resolved. We may request photographs or other information needed to review the issue or submit a carrier claim.
